You call and the property manager is always busy or out and no emails or issues submitted on their website get replied to. You have to call them all day and be a squeeky wheel to even get a hold of the property manager. Then, all you get is "I"ll look into it and call you back" but they never call back. Then when you move out they try to charge you for damage thats already there when you move out (and on the entry report). One issue we finally got sorted was the powerpoints still being on if in the off position (had to go through the RTA to get it done) then, when we moved out we were charged for them being wrongly wired.... On top of this our bond return was ROUNDED UP to the nearest hundred dollars ( rounded up$46.03). Today, I just got a call from that electrician asking when they can come to the property to fix the powerpoints. You know, the $300 I paid for to get 2 double powerpoints fixed out of my bond...... Renters beware. In my experience I have had nothing but problems. If you choose to rent with this company, complete your condition report with detail and always get confirmations from them in written form.

We just wanted to take the time to congratulate Britney Hedges on her fabulous work as our property manager last year. We rented a property last year at Gaythorne. This email has been a long time coming, but both my partner and I wanted to pass on our gratitude to Britney on her organisation, her dedication to her work and her pleasant but professional demeanour. As tenants, we appreciated the fact that she always responded in a very quick timeframe (sometimes within a matter of hours), she dealt with our inquiries thoroughly and provided us with regular updates with on they were proceeding, and she always provided notices of entry and other requisite paper work without prompting. If we were to buy property in Brisbane to lease, Britney would be our first choice as a property manager. We truly believe that she is an asset to your company.

Not the best - property managers are constantly leaving and the property managers that stay aren't that great. We listed our place with them and came up to inspect the property (that had been rented for 27 months by the same PM) and the PM had not even been to vist. He didn't even know which property it was. #reviewtowin

I have been working with Rental Express, through their Wilston office, for many years. They manage two properties for me and I have been extremely satisfied with their services - from timely communications whenever something requires my attention, to rapid replacement of leaving tenants, to solid advice whenever I had to make decision around maintenance, adjusting rents, etc. Very happy customer; would highly recommend.
