Thankyou so much to all the beautiful staff at bridal house for making my wedding dress shopping so easy and stress free. Anna was so lovely and helpful and me and my mum loved coming in every dress fitting just to see her and the wonderful staff. My dress was so beautiful and the knowledgeable staff were so patient and helpful with helping me find the perfect dress. Cant speak high enough of Bridal House

Just writing to thank the wonderful team at BH for helping me find my dream dress. Bridal House was the first store I went to, and only to get an idea of what I wanted. I had no notion that I would be walking out that first day having found the dress I would be married in. I exited the fitting rooms, my bridesmaids began to cry, and that was that. Anna was an absolute dream throughout the entire process. So helpful! So accommodating! So friendly! I am still head over heels in love with my dress, and so were all of my guests. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Rude staff, the staff has a very passive aggressive persona although there is a really another friendly staff there that is helpful.
I have had to deal with this business and whenever I went in, there were unhappy customers (botched orders - they had ordered the wrong shade of dresses for a bridal party, and botched the men's ties) all they kept saying was sorry.
From my experience, they kept telling us different answers when our dresses would arrive - we eventually found out the dresses had arrived and were there a few weeks! They kept telling lies to cover themselves which did not look good!
Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere for your purchases.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful contribution you made toward our wedding day. Our day was absolutely perfect in every way, and felt very much like a fairy tale. The weather was perfect, the bridal party gorgeous, the guests happy and full of compliments for every aspect of the day. We could not stop smiling all day long, and feel extremely blessed that we could celebrate the beginning of our lives together with so many of our loved ones, and in such elegance. We are both very proud of all we achieved during our fourteen week engagement, and cant believe how easily it all came together on the day.
