They lost my brand new phone that I had put in for a cracked screen and tried swapping it with an old one and told me it was not working and I needed to replace it,They then bought out my tablet that had a cracked screen which they had hacked out, but then said it would be double what they had quoted to replace the screen. Made two appointments to speak to the management today and they didn't show for either (two hours of waiting). They wouldn't answer their mobile and left the poor staff to deal with a very angry and upset customer (me). I am out of pocket for a new phone and they had refused to compensate. If you are to use this service, get a written quote and photograph your items before handing them over.
