This will be a serious and comprehensive review, please take the time to peruse. I initially took my Holden Rodeo in to get a price for a new set of tyres. I spent some time (15 minutes), with Beau, the manager. He gave me several options, all well priced options. I mentioned to him that my car was pulling sharply to the right when braking and he kindly offered to put it on the hoist and inspect the brakes. To which, I initially declined due to having just (6 months), paid $2200 to A1 tyres in Brendale, to overhaul the brakes for me. HOWEVER, Beau, expanded on his offer by explaining that what I was described, sounded serious and the implications of the symptoms could result in a serious accident if what he suspected were actually the case. Took my vehicle in for new tyres and service and my experience was excellent. Alistair took the time to explain my options and worked pretty closely to my budget .Best part ... the drive home was smoother and my car had notibly more power . Will be back ! Highly Recommend...

Worst experience for a simple task.
This Store can instead of checking why my cars fuel gauge read 3/4 when full did the worst unauthorised work the sender was replaced as a mechanic had bent the sender arm a tiny bit. These are OEM units that cannot be recalibrated ever it is impossible. So they ruin it by bending. Never rang got my permission to do any work other than to check for a binding float or bad earth. Liars the sender was fine not bent the claimed it was and yes stupidly bent the sender arm ruining it. I had to ring the day after I dropped it in Arron assured me they would only look for the reason. So simply I was told it was bent and they did recalibrate it which is not possible the gauge read so full the needle was so far to the right you only could see a little of the bottom of the needle for fuel reading. Aaron and the team are great. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our terrible Mitsubishi Triton after several warranty issues with Mitsubishi. They give you the honest answers you need and don't replace things that don't need doing. Have been going there for 2 years with no issues. Highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my 2011 hilux in for a 200,000km service and left it with them for the entire day. About 3 hrs after dropping the vehcile off Dan rang me to inform me of the required work needing to be done. I was told the vehcile needed front and rear diff oil changed, brake fluid, Air filter, New brake disc on the front and new brake pads. I then ask what the condition on the diff oil was and was told they didn't know as it hadn't been check but it was in the log book to replace it. I then asked for the measurements of the brake discs and pads and was told they would need to check and get back to me. I then Told them that they had changed the brake fluid and air filter last service and was told that it needed to be done because it was in the logbook. This didn't seem right so i declined the work and went and picked up my car. When i got there i checked the logbook and it had not been filled out.
