Well, this pub is has a real convenient location considering that it is right next door to the Palace Brighton Bay. This means that during the intermission I can step in here for a beer (though I have to be careful because the last time I did that I ended up missing the start of the second half of the performance). Anyway it is a pretty classy looking place, but that isn't all that surprising considering it is in Brighton. The front bar is quite nice, though I didn't get to check out the upstairs area since there was some party going on (though I believe that they do have a roof top bar). Mind you, despite it being located in the heart of Brighton it wasn't all that expensive, though they only had the standard beers on tap and pretty standard pub fare. The only reason that I like this place is because of its location. If it wasn't for the Palace Nova I doubt I would have been here more than once.
.. 6pm on a monday night with 8 children and as many adults for an early dinner . Not Cool. The children were seemingly 'unwelcome' and the staff were rude. ruined my 6 year olds birthday party (for me anyhow!). fortunately kids don't yet notice negligent service. Poor Form. milkk pr
