Being a new patient and so reassuring to be treated like a person not a number.
Ed was so patient and explained the processes which have all been put in place.
I was squeeze in for my hearing test today and the receptionist also did her utmost to reschedule other patients so I could see Ed the next day. She to was so very patient and understanding…. Exceptional service. Even though her phones were ringing off the hook ... which is another good sign of GREAT DOCTOR AND TEAM
It’s a terrible feeling to be unwell but it is wonderful to be treated so carefully and with the greatest respect knowing how busy the clinic is under these uncertain Covid times

Great doctor, patient, very very thorough and reassuring. looked at me from a holistic/consultative approach instead of just surgical point of view. Surgery on my nasal cavity was not something I was looking forward to but I felt very confident in Ed and his choice of anaesthetist

I first went to see Dr Pudel back in 2014 and we established that I would need Surgery. I ended up postponing the Surgery due to a combination of Financial hardship and being afraid to commit to the Surgery. This year I thought I would Just commit and have the procedure. I was able to call his office and schedule an appointment and at the same time make a tentative booking for the Surgery. The Receptionist Lina was excellent and guided me through the entire process. Our 3.5yo son has been in Dr. Pudel's care since he was 10 months old. He is the most amazing doctor and such a kind, genuine person too. Our son can't wait for his check ups with "Dr Poodle", who is always gentle and patient and ensures the experience is positive. We have often needed weekly consultations and Dr Pudel goes above and beyond to accommodate, even replying to text messages, phone calls and emails promptly when we have concerns or issues arise that need attention. My daughter, niece, nephew and a number of friends have also been impressed with Dr. Pudel's lovely manner and brilliant knowledge and professionalism. He's a top ENT specialist!
