Had 1st appointment cancelled, the next one a week later but this is not the worst of it. When it came to payment they DEMANDED immediate payment but DID NOT HAVE EFTPOS facilities and Refused to email the invoice. I was advised the technician WILL NOT leave my house until payment is made and that I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR HIS TIME while he waits for the payment. I had to make the payment on the spot to the bank and still did not believe me and demanded a photo of the transaction. Cost over $800 for 2 new remotes and reconfiguration of one old one. They made me feel like a convicted criminal and thank you but I will NEVER use this company again.

I would appreciate if you could contact me in relation to your concern - Kaylee 3286 8111. This does not sound like it is our company. We certainly will e-mail invoices and do so regularly. We do offer mastercard, cash and bank transfers as payments. We do advise at time of scheduling the fees expected and if it unexpected charges do come up from our findings we will always contact you by phone before proceeding any further and would most definitely do this for a $800.00 transaction. With our service fee, cost for remotes and time to reconfigure another remote it certainy would not come to this amount.

After submitting an online request for a quote and having no response, I called to speak with the receptionist who told me a sales rep, who then took 2 days to call me back, would get in contact. After speaking with the sales rep and not receiving a follow up call to my enquiry I called back again and was given another sales person.
The second sales person was helpful but relied on a third party to supply a quotation which roughly took over a week and a half. When a follow up question was asked regarding the quote there was zero acknowledgment of the question and notification that there would be another waiting period before a second quote could be supplied.
At no time was I informed of when they were showing up at site even though a reasonable request of a phone call 15mins prior was asked.
If you are looking for timely quotations with good customers service, this is not the company for you.

From the very first phone call and service visit on our malfunctioning gate (with less than a day's notice on a scorching hot Christmas Eve), to the completion of the job on our new mechanism, the professionalism shown by everybody at Brisbane Automatic Gates has been fantastic.
