Very professional team. Been to all BMW mechanics never satisfied with their work. Friend gave me their reference and took my car to Bucciarelli BMW Centre Yesterday. They fixed all the problems with my car and now it is running smooth. One good thing about these mechanics they fixed my car seat belt issue without charging me anything extra. Highly recommended.
DO NOT GO THERE! I had the guys from bucciarelli BMW centre perform a simple annual service on my 1995 3 series BMW. It cost me $992.45 They`ve charged me $118.30 for the oilfilter!!!
(Repco is selling the same oilfilter for $14.95)
The staff who booked my car in left me waiting in front of their desk for more than 5 minutes. I didn`t feel welcome at all.
I will never go back there, it is one of the bad workshops I have seen in my life.
$118.30 for an oil filter??? Not in my life time.. I have taken my E36 to them for 5 or 6 years until I bought a newer 320d which I will also be taking to them. (They did the pre purchase check for me on the car) They know these cars so well, their customer parking area is always full which is testament itself that they do good work. What did they say when you queried the account?? Or have you not asked them and just thought to post your negative feedback here without consultation?? Their prices have always been fair, but I don't believe for a second they could have charged that much for an oil filter...Are you sure it was this business??
