Initially defining the cause of the issue, the process and requirements to restore it back to its full capacity. He took the time to explain, and would consistently inform me of the delays and possible outcomes. His delivery of customer service was impeccable. GREAT EXPERIENCE, A GREAT NEW CAR
I am very pleased to post a review of my recent purchase of a 2017 BMW X1. This is the second car I have purchased at Bundoora BMW, both through Product Specialist, Peter Smit who conducts his business in a very professional, courteous and friendly manner. Many thanks again to Peter for his generosity of time and for the excellent deal I received. I am a "person of many questions" and all were answered to my complete satisfaction. His product knowledge is vast! All of the staff at Bundoora BMW go out of their way to make clients welcome (great coffee and friendly faces), which makes the whole new car experience quite enjoyable.
