The most regretful decision ever made - I wish I had read the reviews of every other unhappy customer on here and other platforms before we decided to bring our dog here.

The worst clinic I have ever been to in my life. My poor dog was taken in to have her eye assessed as we thought it was just an infection and had the vet take her away from me without asking or telling me what tests she would be performing. After a long wait of not knowing what was happening, the vet came back out and without a single hesitation, rudely stated that her eye had to be removed and to be done then and there without a single care in the word as to how devestated I as her owner was at hearing the news! This place does not care about your loved pets and I will never be returning here ever again.

Never a positive experience at this vet. Their answer to everything is euthanisation. They won't even treat wildlife. The worst vet I've ever been to. I will never take my animals here again. Money hungry people. They don't care about animal welfare at all.

I am very disappointed by this clinic. I would never set foot in this clinic nor recommend anyone to bring their furry babies there. Had I not gotten a second opinion god knows if my baby will still with me today.

I rang in an spoke to a helpful lady Tanja, I eventually came in to lay my sick dog to rest, upon arrival I met lovely Tanja, who understood my fragile state making this decision & attended to me as I needed. Tanja & the vet (I can't recall his name) was very kind & looked after my dog like it was their own, I'm very grateful for the care taken with my Jemima, the advice & support given was much appreciated, also the personal follow up with me Tanja.... thank you kindly, bless your heart ??
