Bunnings Caroline Springs Warehouse

Worst service in trades department compared to other bunnings in Melbourne. Extremely slow, uncooperative staff member.

All i have to say is its so much cleaner and tidier than any other Bunnings ive been to. I guess its a lot newer than others but it helps when looking for thing when items are tidier. Same service across all Bunnings, very consistent as staff a very helpful and always willing to show and direct customers. This is my closest Bunnings and when i do visit i wish i had the time to go through all isle but i would need a whole day there.

Today I went to bunnings to get some paint and some extra painting tools and I asked the guy to get a can of the color I needed. He was very friendly. I also asked about masking tape to protect some areas while painting and he explained to me the different types they had and which one to use for the different type of area to cover, plaster, cupboards...I've been twice to this bunnings and I find that it is a lot busier than the Masters that there is across the road. So in case you see that the shop is too busy, maybe head to the other one to have more relax time.

Went to Bunning's Caroline Springs to purchase black coloured bark, as I had previously a few months ago. Not only was there only one (torn open) bag left on the pallet and there was a full and wrapped pallet on the shelf above. After finally finding someone who could spare a minute to assist us, then waiting for them to actually return, we were told that the product was just simply not going to be able to be bought today. I understand the staff member telling me there was "no way" to get access to the wrapped pallet on the shelf above, I was even discussing returning the next day with my partner when unfortunately this particular staff member just kept on with excuses about forklift operation and the general public....
