Very bad service and following unfair treatments to the customer. I booked it because my washing machine was tearing up my clothes. The service guided us, but he always ignored what was I trying to say. He even said that we were nit educated enough to read the guide book which we should have read. The service was very bad. And, I would never ever book Woolley appliances again.

I was trying to explain what was my isssue but he always ignored my lines and told that we were not educated enough for the book which we should have read before. The service in my opinion is just following unfair treatment. I will never ever book from woolleys again. No stars. Very bad feedback.

Wonderful then dreadful customer service! When I booked the service of my dishwasher the customer service agent was just delightful, she couldn't have been more helpful. The serviceman was also delightiful, arriving on time and called me 15 minutes before he arrived. He determined the issue and said he would order the faulty part after which the company would be in contact. I received a text meaasge asking me to call the company, which I did. This time the customer service agent was almost impossible to understand and was extremely rude to me and most unhelpful, which was totally unprofessional. He simply dismissed all my questions and hung up on me! All this goes to show that customer service is critical for any business! My impressions of this company were initially wonderful and would have happily recommended them to anyone. Absolutely useless. Asked to schedule appointment in the afternoon, ended up getting a message saying technician will arrive between 10-12, then a message at 944 saying they were half an hour away, and another message at 1014 on the dot saying please reschedule. When I called to find what happened I was told the technician attended and tried calling. Never received a call and was home the whole day. When called was told that they had called at 943, but didn't try to call when at property. And they wouldn't send him back and need me to reschedule and be available the whole day. And saying that I was lying that I had not been called and it was my fault. I even walked out at 1014 and there was no vehicle outside my property.

My experience with Wooleys has been excellent! The repairman that came today was exceptional! His name was Robin. He was on time, very polite & friendly. He fixed the problem, was very skilled, honest & trustworthy. I highly recommend this business, will use them again & I'll ask for Robin!
