Bunnings Mascot Warehouse

It is a big store and stocks a huge range of home and garden materials. Everything is set out and labelled rather well so that everything is relatively easy to find. However, a lot of the staff there are rude and unhelpful. I have visited the store on a number of occasions and have found the staff to be short and not very welcoming.

I rang up to order a hand trolley from them, they didn’t have one available and when I asked when they would they didn’t offer to help, just replied there isn’t for a while. I hung up at this point and phoned bunnings alexandria who were a lot more accommodating.

They have a wide range but some of their staff are quite friendly and others are just rude and disrespectful. Half their staff don't know what is in which aisle and it is really irritating because I need to walk around in circles looking for something they should clearly know. I have been mislead into the wrong aisles too.

Bunnings Mascot has always been our first stop whenever we need items for our home improvements and gardening projects. It stocks practically anything imaginable, and whenever you have trouble locating an item or have any questions about anything, you can always call up a staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable.



Also, the products in the store are priced competitively, and with their 10% price beat guarantee it really makes it easy to get the lowest prices.



Since this store is quite popular in the area, getting a parking spot can be quite difficult during off-peak times, so I would suggest visiting this shop later in the day when all the tradies have gone home (they open until 9pm on weekdays), although I should warn you that there are less staffs during later hours and most items might have sold out by the evenings.

I really must commend Bunnings for their fantastic customer service. I just took back a blind with a faulty mechanism to the Mascot store - a year after I first purchased it. Nothing was a problem, they tracked the original receipt because I only had a bank statement to show proof of purchase and the instantly replaced the faulty mechanism. It really made my day - so thank-you to the staff and manager it was greatly appreciated and will really keep me coming back to the store.
