Buongiorno Beecroft Cafe/Deli/Pasticceria

Great coffee however one staff is not customer focussed. I requested butter with my scones and was given margarine. When I asked again if they had butter, the answer was given (with back turned to me) and in a dismissive fashion.."no...we don't have any until tomorrow morning".



What a shame as I was in this same cafe last Saturday with a girlfriend and we got the real thing wth our scones ( ie real butter), plus great coffee and service.



Well mannered, consistent staff are obviously hard to find these days.

When I got up to leave I said 'thank you'. All I got in return was a mumble with backs still turned to me.



I'm not a regular nor am I a local to the area. Maybe they knew that and figured they wouldn't put in the effort.



I probably won't return.

Buongiorno is the best cafe in Beecroft _ excellent food - deli items,+ soups,jams etc. all home-made. Staff are great, always very friendly and efficient. Fully recommended. You will love it!!

This is the best cafe in beecroft there food is out of this world.

Buonjuono has fast service, an large range of foods like pastas and gelatos. You can sit in or outside and they have plenty of tables. It is in a very convenient location and its even better if you needed to get your shoes fixed. The is a shoe repairer right beside it.
