Bupa

I have had realy good customer service at the Bupa store on Adelaide St, the only problem is there is often a wait. They've been great at helping me even if I just have a question. I do wish the opening hours are longer, when working full time it's basically impossible to make it in there and so I have to call instead.

I actually had a great experience in the brisbane Bupa store. They were very helpful. It was the Mt Gravatt store that had terrible service, they were so uninterested in my membership I ended up leaving for Medibank.

Terrible worst customer service. Team member completely misinformed me with bupa inclusions.
