Burger Urge

Having worked at Southbank for a while, I ate at Burger Urge regularly when it first opened. Generally the food was average - a bit oily, but kind of on par with many other burger places. Recently though I ate there and the chips looked like they had been fried in dishwater. The were soggy and floppy and tasted disgusting. The burger that I ordered tasted like someone had spilled the entire contents of the salt shaker onto the patty, along with some month-old vegetable oil that had been previously used at a fast-food takeaway. Definitely never going back there again... Strangely enough, the person who took my plate away didn't even ask why I had eaten only one chip and taken one bite of my "burger"... Obviously not too concerned with the customer experience...
