Moved from Bright to Hamilton in February 2016. Excellent service and contact throughout. Competitive pricing. Tracey maintained excellent contact by email from quote through to the day before removal day with no hard sell at any time.
This is a small company with dedicated workers so it is a more personal approach. The two guys handling the removal turned up at 9am on the Thursday and delivered at 8am the next day after happily picking up two rugs in Bendigo on the way. We had already brought down our breakables so I can't comment on this part of their removal but furniture items were well packed and treated with care. No problem with a couple of extra items at the last minute with no extra charge.

This is a terrible removalist company. The worst I have ever used. Save yourself the stress and use someone else! They scratched and damaged almost every item we own and were defensive when shown the damage taking no responsibility. They were very slow and totally chaotic just unloading things anywhere. Our beautiful furniture looks horrible now all chipped and scratched and dented. Some items are totally destroyed. Avoid this company at all costs

Do not use these removalists!!
At once stage had our stuff in 3 locations, with two delivery dates 10 days apart. My pets didn't have a home all because they under quote the truck size. Then they charged me 40% more to deliver the remainder of goods and help my stuff at random until I did.
When they finally did deliver- it was obvious our stuff had been damaged. About $4000 in damage. But they don't care.
They are very unprofessional and won't keep an inventory of your stuff, and you'll be lucky to have stuff delivered when you need.
Please do not use them.
They have moved me more than 10 times all around Australia and I found they were the best in the business have not got a bad word to say about them they were perfect
I find this hard to believe. I found service was excellent from beginnig to end.

I have just gone through the process of creating a true local account in order to post this review. I think it is important to let people know how bad this service is and the amount of stress we have endured as a result of using this removalist.
They were two hours late on the day, wanted to charge us extra for the service as they suggested they had quoted too low, neglected to move all items, left loads of stuff outside and uncovered and then we had to threaten legal action in order to have breakages fixed and paid for!
Four months later and the table they broke has just been delivered and to add insult to injury, my husband and a friend had to carry it in from the truck!!!
Perhaps to identify who you are in regard to when you moved and from which town would help the operators locate your move and give their side of the story. It is hard when you only receive one side.
