Great to back for some fish flavoured sauce dinner. Its good to eat this menu once in awhile to build up the cravings because eating to much to often can get sickening so once in a blue moon will really satisfy the cravings and taste buds. I ordered take away as Co Thu Quan gets too busy. I don't think i know of another place that does this type of menu, well not in Footscray anyways. Neatly packed and easy to take away. The portion size and variety was great to have. Very much enjoyed it as my portion didnt need to be heated and good to eat cold. Love the fish sauce and the thinly sliced steamed pork belly that goes with it. Yummy. Totally reccomend.

A special kind of vietnamese experience. Not my usual kind of for an everyday meal. Caught up with a friend for lunch and he recommended to come here. So he ordered the wonderful dishes. Food here im guessing comes from the middle part of vietnam. The dipping sauces and the little sides of pickled stuff was all so delicious with the noodles. Hard to descibe, but my favourite was dipping the noodle in this sticky sauce which is slightly smelly. Its either you love the sauce or you hate it because the smell at times is unbearable but for me the taste is yummy. Staff were quick with getting customers seated and taking orders. And orders were quick in coming out. Busy during lunch time and quite noisy as this restaurant is part of a busy high traffic market in footscray.
