Cafe Va Bene

it was a really good meals plan and breakfast and supportive staff with good communication.

Can't count the number of times I've visited here over the last 20 years, it's a bit of a fave for an evening coffee & cake or milkshake & cake or coke and cake...You're probably getting the picture that I like their cake, and you'd be right! Unfortunately last night when I went they'd sold out of their regular cheesecake, but I have to say that what I had instead - the baci chocolate cake & baked cheesecake [yes, I did share it!] was delicious and well worth going back for. Could have well done with a splash of cream or some dressing which was a disappointment. The mug of hot chocolate I had was just the right temperature and generously sized, my partner's caramel milkshake was slurp-to-the-bottom-worthy.

Rude staff, average food when i mentioned it was dry , they did nothing just ignored me , they dont deserve a half star

Was in the area visiting a friend and we decided to have lunch here. I remember having the pizza last time and enjoying it so I ordered the same to share, we very much enjoyed it. The base was crispy and toppings flavorsome.

My Favorite local been coming here for year and now the place has had a full make over it is better than ever. It has a restaurant feel but big cafe serves and prices. All the new outdoor section can only be compared to the cafes in Sydney. Complemented by amazing food its got my loyalty and now they deliver which will be a big plus for me in winter 7 stars from me.
