What a grub of a place , I took an add from THEIR OWN WEBSITE about a coffee machine for $164.00 and when I got there , this machine suddenly was $288.00 . The young bloke that was serving me then asked an older bloke who said ( its a cash back offer ) there is NOTHING mentioned about CASH BACK in their add .

I'd been in the store a few times to find out about fridges and sinks. We initially had to wait for some service but the quality of the information was very good and the staff were very helpful. Once we'd made our decision, Jessica was extremely helpful with prices. She bettered a quote we had on a fridge by $300, she price-matched the sink, tap and filter system and gave us a better deal on the fridge warranty. Her follow up was outstanding and she was very obliging when we had to alter our delivery date. Throughout the whole process, she was very friendly and cheerful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We were delighted with the experience and we'll certainly come back.

After submitting my last post I have had the chance to meet with the new manager to discuss my concerns re previous poor customer service .. I had left my number for the manager to call me expecting no call .. I was rather surprised to hear back and even more surprised to have an hour long phone call where we both actively discussed process and performance improvement .. it was very clear through this call and a subsequent meeting that the new management is aware of the deficit in customer service levels and are putting measures in place to improve this .. I will say that I have not attended the store as a customer since (only due to not needing anything lately) but i have left with a very strong impression that this is not lip service and management are genuinely trying to actively improve customer service .. I have made many purchases at this store since it opened, but it has deteriorated over the past few years. The front counter staff are very pleasant and helpful, but the sales staff are uninterested, and unhelpful, in the main. I made a purchase during the heatwave last week, could only assemble half of the fan...took it back to store, where a helpful lady on front counter tried to get s/o to assist me. Eventually, a young man appeared, did not utter one word...walked away with the fan muttering to himself. I followed. He then received a pho call(loud speaker), who was his boss, telling him to ensure that he charged me for this assistance(10mins worth of help). I told him I would leave the product there rather than pay for him to tighten a couple of screws. He finished the job and walked away. Unfriendly, morose and ruddy RUDE. Bad incident also when I purchased a tv a year ago, with uninterested and unhelpful staff. This is the last time that I set foot in this store.

Large store .. few customers and almost as many staff .. most appeared not to be actively assisting customers .. knew what I wanted to purchase and planned to buy it .. after 15 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with staff seeing I was waiting with my young daughter for assistance I decided to leave .. asked for Manager in my way out to discuss my grievance regarding unhelpful staff but was told no manager available .. won't be going back .. in an economy like we have at the moment any staff will be complaining when they lose their job .. they only have themselves to blame and as for the owners , well obviously poor management or poor processes in place to monitor staff performance and / or customer service
