I have never had such a bad eyebrow wax. I would never recommend this 'salon' to any of my friends. To make it worse I had the supposed management of the place do my waxing and it was uneven and took months to get the correct shaping back with an actual professional. The staff who did the waxing obviously has had poor training, if any at all. Good luck to this place! I would tell anyone to think twice before heading there if you value your appearance.

This is probably the best business in Goulburn. The staff are professional friendly and knowledgable. You are able to trust their advice and rely on their expertise. Take the time to go in and check out the services available and the product lines and you will be truely pleased with range of both. Hey just had a facial at California best thing I've done this week . Staff are great extremely professional . I was snuggled under a doona with an electric blanket, for a moment I forgot It was the middle of winter in Goulburn. Thanks girls :-)

I had quite a lot of waxing done here in one sitting, two different types of wax used and all the hair started growing back after 3 days. They had snapped the hair strands, as either both my skin and wax or one or the other was too cold. I felt cold whist I was being waxed which made it hurt more as the pores close up around the hair follicle. Which I made them aware of at the time. Nothing done. Other staff have seen the hair and agreed it was a poor job. When asked for a refund the management horrible to deal with. Still even being nasty about giving me a refund when she realised she had to, and making it clear they were not able to admit there was a mistake. However why would they have to give me a refund if this was the case? I will never be back. It was a horrible experience, one I have never and wish never to experience again. ...read more
