Terrible. Before purchasing on line I sent an email and asked them to confirm they had the item in stock. They said they did and so I bought it. They sent me the wrong item and then told me the ones I ordered were actually out of stock and complained about giving a refund. It was saga. Do not trust this business at all. Be very wary.
As any photography novice knows, buying stuff for your camera is pretty complicated. There are so many options and accessories, and there are also things you need to pick up to manage your entire rig, such as cleaning accessories. It is pretty intimidating. But there are constantly so many great deals on at Camera Store that I was able to make the most of the small budget for my new hobby! In a few months, when I upgrade my camera, this is where I am going to buy my next camera from.
UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF CHASING THEM UP AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.
I purchased my camera, a few accessories and an extended warranty from this online store and was happy with their sales service. However, I did not receive any proof of the extended warranty. Upon contacting several times to get some confirmation of the warranty, I was told that it was coming or that they were restructuring the extended warranty packages but I could rest assured that I was covered.
