I just received my order from Caribu and am absolutely over the moon with all the products. I bought my first horse 18 months ago and he came to me wearing a caribu rug. I was so impressed with the fit and quality that I bought him some more. I also discovered how well priced all the products were. The staff are so helpful and friendly as well. WELL DONE CARIBU!
I was very impressed with the support provided by Jne and her team to get me set up with teh right rugs for my horse. Recently I bought one of your 1200d rain sheets that were on special and after coming through the aftermath of Cyclone Debbie in N NSW I am VERY impressed with the quality and fit of Caribu product. Thank you for offering a value for money alternative to the other ''high-end'' rugs on the market. Faultless service and top grade product.
Provided pictures of problems and told products fitted perfectly despite it being clearly untrue. Also told "a design fault is not our fault" (quote 20 Dec 2016). This company's policy and practices contravene the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 . I'm out of pocket dealing with them. Strongly suggest that you avoid dealing with Caribu Horsewear unless you are 100% sure you are not going to have to try to do a refund or exchange.
Thanks for leaving a review. But we would like to correct a few facts. You emailed us advising that a fly mask and bib you purchased didn’t fit your horse and as such were faulty. Both with pictures provided. All of us in the office couldn’t see anything wrong with the fit.
However we immediately offered you a Return Authority via email to return the items for a full refund. Simple and no fuss. You then on receipt of our email offering you a refund - you proceeded to call one of our staff with a very abusive phone call??? I am not sure how by offering you a full refund we are contravening the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 nor we are unsure you are left out of pocket? We honestly don’t know what else we could do?? Anyway we wish you a Merry Xmas and a hopefully a much Happier New Year.
Further to our phone conversation yesterday (21.12.16) - appreciate your acknowledgement of the "fact" that I am out of pocket from dealing with your company. Also like to point out that I didn't raise my voice, use bad language, make threats or make any personal remarks in my interactions with you. That is a "fact". The quote is valid - I copied it down as it was said to me and I let the person know that I was writing it down at the time. Please refund the cost of my purchase ASAP as I have already paid the cost of return postage. We can agree to disagree about the "fitness of purpose" of your products but I believe it is important to set the "facts" straight.
