Carla is a registered psychologist, specialising in the assessment and treatment of adults and adolescents experiencing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood experiences, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief/loss, stress and sleep problems.

Trained in a range of evidence based therapies, Carla tailors strategies to the individual needs of her clients, and offers both short term (solution focused) or longer term therapies as required. Carla is an empathic and supportive therapist, and works collaboratively with her clients to help improve their quality of life and meet their individual goals.

Carla is registered with the NSW Registration Board, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Carla has over 10 years experience as a Psychologist, and is completing her training as a Clinical Psychologist. Medicare and Private Health Fund rebates available.
