First of all, I'd give a zero if i could. I don't know why I came back to this cafe because I have had previous bad experiences but today's took the cake. I sat and ordered a sandwich and a coffee, thinking how can this possibly go wrong. Well, they forgot my coffee, actually no they didn't. It just took a really long time, so long in fact that I had finished my sandwich when the waiter realised I didn't have it. Totally not his fault, he apologised and I just asked for it to be put in a take away cup. I wasn't angry or upset at all but thought I'd mention it when paying. This was my mistake. Not only was I abused by the guy at the front (older man with grey hair picking his teeth) for even mentioning it and suggesting that maybe I shouldn't have to pay for it (in a jovial manner I may say, I wasn't demanding at all!) he took the cup out of my hand and yelled at me " do you think you're the only customer we have" WOW! Don't waste your money. I have never experienced such disrespectful service. These people were so rude to my mother and myself when I intervened as they tried to take advantage of my mother's age and lack of understanding about what was going wrong with her meal
And payment.
I am completely disgusted with this place and their complete disregard for basic courtesy and respect.
I just bought myself and my mum a drink and proceeded to sit down so she could rest her feet (she has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis) when a man, I assume the owner, came to abuse us for taking a seat in his cafe. He said "this is not a food court" to which I replied "we just bought our drinks from you and we will sit down and have them here". After a few more attempts at trying to stand over us in an intimidating manner he left us alone - we stayed to finish our drinks as I was not going to accept his bullying. Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Do not spend your hard earned here.
