Have been going there for 2 years and knew the owner beforehand. I used to be very happy with them, often recommending the salon to friends. However recently they have become extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They cancelled my appointment 5 minutes before I got there and needed my hair done for a special occasion that night. When my boyfriend called and politely asked to fit me in today or discount my rescheduled appointment they became angry at him and hung up.
They later called me saying my boyfriend was rude and threatening to them, making their staff member cry and should apologize.
Unfortunately, I will not be returning for their lack professionalism and poor quality of customer service.
Jackie and the team are the best.
They can do your hair exactly as per your request
or are great at suggesting the best look for you.
Wouldnt go anywhere else
This salon was good when old management owned it, now the new management has no clue about running a buisness.
i don't like the colours either they have horrible coverage after couple washes it goes orange and I heard from friends their greys show up again after a wash
