We had a wonderful experience with Changing Places and the initial rental and then ultimate sale of our home. The property could not be sold by our original agent. We had a strong recommendation from a friend to go to Changing Places as they were great negotiators in what is a difficult market. Rather than have our property sit vacant during the sale (as recommended by the other agent), Changing Places found a quality tenant who presented the property well. As the eventual buyer for our property was an investor we received 4 months of rent rather than have the property sit empty over the selling and settlement period. We achieved our price plus the rent and saved plenty on commission and advertising. I really felt we won all round. If you are looking to rent or sell a property I couldnt recommend Changing Places enough. Well done.

We decided to go with Changing Places due to my wife having had some social contact with an agent working for the company. Well, you know what they say about “employing” your friends? Not a good idea it seems.

1 star for this agency. We were a tennant for a couple of years and had nothing but trouble with the agency. Slow to respond to issues, and rude to deal with. I get they are a low cost agency for owners, but tennants suffer the consequence. I would never rent (or rent out my property) through this mob based on my experience as a tennant.
