Cheap As Chips

Be warned, if like a lot of educators you shop for work resources, you need to know the till printer is faulty and they can't issue you with a legible receipt. I purchased approx. $125.00 worth, no legible receipt and told the owner isn't going to fix it.

This is probably the biggest Cheap As Chips I've been into, so there's plenty of stock although it can get a bit messy if people have picked through things and there doesn't seem to be lots of staff waiting to help. As TasteSA noted below, there's also only 2 tiny checkouts so it's a hassle to get out of (though if you need help I've found they're happy to call someone - it just takes time). Big pickup bay out the back for larger items to be picked up in your car.

Great size discount variety store, easy parking as the store has now moved to the centre next door to the bunnings hardware. Huge range in this store, and always well stocked unlike another discount variety store just a short distance down the road. Staff are friendly and helpfull, but store needs more checkout staff roastered on as sometimes there is a long wait with only two checkouts open. You will always find a bargain here ;)

They moved to the next shopping centre (on the other side of bunnings now) and the shop is much bigger and better laid out.

Small shop but basically has everything that most cheap as chips stores have. It is a bit crammed in, not that easy to get around, but fine. Of course, the prices are cheap. There is a good staff in this store so you don't often have to wait for service long.
