Just bought 4kg of chicken wingd i asked for fresh and was advised to come back in 10minutes. So i did. I got home and noticed i had mixed fresh chicken with disgusting old chicken. I dont feed dogs i feed my family!! This shop is disgusting i called the manager who hung up on me twice . Please DO NOT GO HERE. Lack of hygiene & respect.
Found this place by accident when the line was too long at my butcher who is diagonally opposite this store. Turns out their cuts of chiken breast, legs and wings are just as competitively priced AND they have a takeaway shop with ready to eat chicken only products (ie. Spring rolls, mini drummies, rotisserie chooks, chicken & chips, chicken chippies). Great find. Ill pop in every other week or so while grocery shopping for a chicken spring roll to treat myself.
This great little shop has been at Bass Plaza for many years. The staff are always very friendly and polite, and they sell everything from fresh to cooked chicken, rissoles, sausages, Kiev's and so much more, the hot chicken roll is a favourite, it comes with almost 1/4 a BBQ chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. You can get burgers, chips, wedges, chicken chips and cold drinks, great for take away as seating is limited.
