Terrible. There is a reason their prices are the way they are - You pay for what you get. Red flag number one when a company doesn't list an address so you can never progress a complain or raise an issue. Service and treatment of customers left me shocked.

I think you may have confused us with City Move - I have looked for a booking with your name on it, and cannot confirm you were our customer.
You may want to check out City Move Removals, and see if they were the company you used.
I have used these guys before, and it was finally time for my young 'un to leave the nest. City Express were worth every cent, they made it quick and easy, even when my young Miss locked herself out.
The crew were well mannered, on time and very, very good. Highly recommend.
I had a booking for Monday morning, and had to cancel on the day due to my asthma sending me to hospital. The staff were lovely, and happily rebooked me for the day after.

When I moved 6 mths ago I used MiniMovers, and that was a nightmare. I chose these guys out of the local paper and was pleasantly surprised. Over $300 cheaper, with better service and no breakages. I'll be using them again, and recommending them to friends and family.
