Clarnette Tom Mr

Mr Clarnette recently operated on my child and I couldn't fault his thoroughness and bedside manner. His kind approach and reassuring words made a difficult time so much easier for me and my family.

His receptionist was friendly and helpful and made sure that queries I had were promptly dealt with.

The doctor was amazing, however very disappointed with the admin staff. They kept calling me by my ex partners name, and would even send out paper work under my ex partners name! The reception staff was also one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Staff would talk down to me and give me one worded answers and constantly told me staff had 'other patients'. Upset that the admin staff did not even check paper work before they sent out letters addressed to my ex partner.
