I have NEVER been SOOO DISAPPOINTED in the service of any company. Booked them 2 weeks in advance and called to confirm in the morning and from the start felt they did not want to come and do the job despite me lsitening to them go on for 10 mins at the time of the booking about how professional they are because they know all about the science of the carpet and PH levels..other companies dont know this stuff and there are some cowboys out there is an uuregulated industry. It was critical for us to get our carpets done as having 10+ visitors arrive from overseas the next morning for my sons 1st birthday. We moved all the furniture out and vaccummed the place to make it easier. I rang in morning to confirm and told tha the was about to call me as a staff called in sick and they need 2 people to carry the equipment. I said no problem my husband will help you. This is defiantly a company that I will be using again , they did an end of lease clean on our 3 level waterfront that we we're leasing, when my real estate agent met me for the outgoing inspection he asked me for the company's details which did the cleaning. I said "why have they missed something", he said "no I want to see if they could clean property's for us" Nice to see good old fashioned service is still alive.

I have just had my Unit cleaned, including my sofa steam-cleaned, & am absolutely delighted with the presentation, friendliness, courteous nature of Michael & Mohan. They worked solidly for 2 hours, de-fluffing all the cat hair on the sofa & cushions, & cleaning all the areas in the Unit that I couldn't do myself. The bathroom & bedroom wardrobe mirrors are sparkling, & the Unit smells & looks wonderful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Clean & Clear to my friends, neighbors & anyone who asks if I know a great cleaner/cleaning company. Clean & Clear are definitely my regular cleaners from now.
