Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was ruined by the behaviour of the manager, Jess. Otherwise, I would have given Dr Warner a highly positive review. Booking an appointment here is an incredibly frustrating process, akin to winning the lottery. The staff frequently promise to call back with confirmation, yet they consistently fail to follow through.

I saw Dr Warner at this practice. I found him and his staff to be very unprofessional and dismissive of feedback during a 9 month recovery from an apparently routine surgery that was supposed to have a 1-2 day recovery. It was a truly terrible experience and I hope this review helps someone to avoid a similar experience at this practice.
