I attended your Strathpine store for a repair and met Joel. Joel was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. It was an absolute joy to attend a store with good old fashion values and courtesy, will definitely recommend Joel to my family and friends.
My daughter's black school shoe suffered a blow out (stitching on RH tongue failed) not long after being purchased but we didn't have the receipt to return them. After a quick check on True Local, I decided to give Joel at Cobbler Extra located at Strathpine Central a go. Joel was very friendly & gave me a verbal quote of $15 & an hour to mend the shoe. Upon returning to collect it an hour later, it wad ready to go & the repair job was excellent! Had I not seen the tongue separated from the rest of the shoe beforehand, I wouldn't have picked that it had been touched. Joel is a great credit to the company & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his workmanship & his professional & friendly attitude. If I have any more shoe repairs in future, I'll be taking them straight to Cobbler Extra.
