I went to Cobbler Plus in Warwick shopping centre a few days ago and had a key cut. The boy there was very rude. I asked him if he could cut the key now and because I am a bit hard of hearing I asked him again. His response was as I have already told you lady the answer is yes.

Anyway took the key back as it didn't work.

Took it back today and he said I didn't get it done there that they don't use those blanks. I had the receipt . I told him I did get it done there and also told him he was very rude when I first came there he he said it wasn't theirs and was was very aggressive and arrogant so I will not be using them again. Am trying to find out the franchise number to ring and complain about him. Customer relationship is very important obviously this boy has no idea about that.

Go here all the time to get my shoes repaired. Normally high heels and resoles. High heels get done quickly normally same day service unless they are busy. Resoles take a day at times but don't take much longer unless they are busy. Great service. Will return

Had some engraving done. Was done quickly and turned out great. Will be returning.

Been to this store many times over the years. The new manager is great, very knowledgeable, does quick work. Also very helpful if he can't help with what is needed to be done with directions elsewhere. Great service. Will return.
