Good down to earth agents here that do not have the pomposit of some other estate agencies.

I have read a few of the bad reviews and am totally shocked! My dealing with this company was nothing but pleasant and easy. From the moment I walked into a rental home open I was greeted politely and from the moment the keys were handed to me right to the end of my tenancy it was nothing but smooth sailing. Very helpful and understanding company and you are not treated as "just a tenant". I have recommended to my friends and family to only use De Freitas & Ryan in the future.

Would absolutely recommend De Freitas & Ryan as property managers. The 10% flat rate has no hidden costs, but above all they are super professional and a pleasure to deal with.

As a 5-year tenant with De Freitas & Ryan, the property management team is getting an 'eleven out of ten' from me. They have responded immediately to every maintenance request I've ever made, they have always returned my calls and kept me informed, and the company overall has shown absolute respect and fairness in honouring the rental contract on behalf of both myself, as the tenant, while at the same time professionally managing the property's upkeep and maintenance on behalf of my landlord.
