Coleman Tyre Company Wacol

My last review for this company was 5 star. The staff have always been great, honest and respectful. Being a household of 5 cars I have been a regular customer for years. For the first time I came across the owner this week. Needing 2 second hand tyres for a car I'm disposing of he told me $79 each and that I should put new ones on for $90 each. On telling him I normally get charged $40-$60 each ( see my previous review as proof) he told me not here you don't as they never sell tyres that cheap and that I'm lying.
Non existing customer skill from the owner, you should be great full your staff know how to look after customers to get return business otherwise you wouldn't have a business with your attitude. Next time I come down I'll phone first to make sure the owner is out, how embarrassing for the owner.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Extremely rude and dishonest! Disgraceful. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone (not even my worst enemy!).

My car tyres were wearing out so I went to Coleman to try them out. They were quick, courteous and professional. They had a number of different tyres and options available. I opted to purchase some cheaper less-known-brand-name new tyres. Cost was $83 per tyre (which included fitting). This was very reasonable. The tyres don't have as much grip as the old ones that cost about $115 a tyre - I notice it particularly on corners. However, if I drive carefully I don't see that they will be a problem at all. All-in-all if you're looking for cheap tyres and are prepared to drive carefully then cheaper new tyres from Coleman. If you want something different then ask them and they might be able to accommodate you.

The wife went there recently thinking we needed four new tyres for our Toyota Prado
and was told we only needed two tyres so I was impressed with their honesty and the job was completed quickly and without costing the earth.

Purchased a 2nd hand wheel & tyre for only $60 for spare use on the trailer, few weeks later I noticed it had gone flat, took it back and they replaced it no questions asked, now that's service.
