Do not entrust Kent with your possessions. Absolutely horrible experience. The worst customer service i have ever encountered, they ruined two of my fridges with mold by incorrectly storing them over an 11 month period and then it took one week and 10+ phone calls to finally reach someone that could give us direction on what procedures we needed to follow to claim under insurance. Then they hid behind a condition on their insurance doc even though they were the responsible for the damage. Very rough with our other possessions and the caused a fair bit of damage.

My experience with Kent Removals was no a pleasent one at that. The salesman I spoke to was polite well versed in removals, the removalist arrived earlier and from there it was down hill.

I opted for the Packing option as it was a short notice interstate move. The Uplift itself took over 8 hours. There were three removalist to pack a two bedroom apartment. During the packing two of the removalists would disappear for hours on end with the thrid stating that they were most likely looking at woman. Due to some horrendous removalist reviews online, it was with some trepidation that we set out to find a removalist doing the Brisbane-Darwin route. I'd previously seen Kent's removal trucks in two suburbs that we'd moved to where we did our own removal. After much research and quotes from other companies, I still came back to Kent Removals. I did not regret that choice. Matthew, their initial sales consultant gave us the confidence to proceed. He was informative, helpful and patiently addressed our concerns. The crews on either side worked tirelessly and meticulously. Nothing was too difficult for them. I can't thank Kent enough for a job well executed. I would definitely recommend Kent Removalists to anyone undertaking a move.

Great communication during the entire move during all stages. Excellent crews that worked hard to pack and unpack carefully and courteously.
