Complete Dental Wynnum

The dentist is not a place I have much time for and I am very fussy about who works on my teeth, it's a personal thing. In all my years, I have never had as high a regard and trust for any dentist until meeting Dr.Lucia Dixon. Honestly, she is one of a kind. Lucia thanks for the good work, trust and being a wonderful dentist.

I would not recommend going to Complete Dental Wynnum . I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and chose Complete Dental Wynnum because it was convenient. The hygenist was awesome, however the dentist only spent about 30 seconds looking at my teeth and told me I had 4 cavities. I have only had a few cavities in my life and the way dr. said it made all my instincts tell me was not right. Said they were all shallow cavities and that I could come over two appointments to get them filled. Why would I need two apt. to fill 4 small cavities?

I waited 6 months and went to another highly recommended dentist who took xrays and spent about 10 minutes looking at my xrays and my teeth and he confirmed that I in fact had 0 cavities.

I right away did not trust the dentist at Complete Dental Wynnum and my instincts turned out to be 100% correct. Highly recommend finding another dentist.

Very bad service! They have a nice advertisement but I visited, the doctor was unhelpful and in a hurry. They charged me extra even though I made it clear I wanted the routine check and clean and not more. Don't make my mistake!

I went to Dunn and Bastow Dental, which is now Complete Dental for the first time many years ago to get a mouth guard made so I could play hockey. My previous dentist always made me feel guilty if i ever needed a filling so I thought I would see how Complete Dental was for there other dental services. I was not at all disappointed. Alvin who is now my regular dentist had a lovely bedside manner and he didn't make me feel intimidated as I leaned back into the dentist chair. I loved how they have a Plasma TV on the roof as you sit back which is connected to every channel of Foxtel. They give you the remote and you relax while they do all the hard work. It definitely takes your mind off what is actually happening. They are also provided big reimbursements if you have private health cover and practically halved the costs of my dental work. I was very impressed with the whole practice and will be definitely going back to visit Alvin for my future dental needs!!
