Copacabana Shores

Although the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, we didn't quite enjoy our stay here. The room smelt of egg as soon as we arrived. It appeared to be well kept and clean. My partner had a shower and found that if you turned the taps on too much the pipes in the walls was making a very loud squealing sound. We thought nothing of it and adjusted the tap so that it would stop. When we went to bed we noticed there was crumbs in the bed! Then after midnight the pipes started squealing again very loud! This happened all night. Didn't get much sleep. The hotel was very apologetic and was aware of the problem, they refunded us our money. I would probably stay here again only under the conditions that the maintenance is 10/10.

Stayed here in February 2015 for a Wedding. It was nicely located away from the busy road and in a great part of town. Just walking distance from the Beach, stores and local Life Saving Club, which was were the wedding was.

The staff were very friendly at check in and the premises were really clean. The room size was just right, and we had a private balcony located at the entrance to the hotel. Our room was fitted out well with a kitchen, large fridge, cooking facilities and utensils. A very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the lift got stuck a few times on level one and on check out day, we had to carry our bags to the basement level.
