Worst haircut I’ve had--ever. I’d been procrastinating about getting a haircut because I’d been working a lot and hadn’t booked in with my regular hairstylist since we moved to a new suburb. My husband passed this place while walking our dog and requested an appointment on my behalf, knowing I’m not picky about getting a haircut.

Before my appointment, the person scheduled to cut my hair ran an errand and was more than 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was looking for help with my serverly damaged hair, I have been suffering from extreme anxiety over. From the moment I walked in I was laughed and literally pointed at by the owner for having such hair. I tried to ignore her as I just desperately wanted help with my hair. The girl doing my hair done her best to recommend some products for me to buy and take home. I forgot to bring cash so I had to go to the ATM. They didn’t have time for me to do that so I had to rearrange my booking for the next day. The owner then came over again and started giving me literally into trouble, like a school kid, because I needed to pay a surcharge and I “shouldn’t have come in without that money”. She spoke to me in a really aggressive manner and I was made to feel like an idiot. I tried to explain I had had a really busy day and I was more than happy to run out and get the cash. I'm extremely disappointed to read all of the negative experiences.
I brought my mother and I a $49 voucher each for mothers day and we read reviews and delayed booking for as long as we could, as we were not knowing what to expect.

We both left very happy with our hair and the customer service provided!
The atmosphere was great, all staff were fabulous! They listened to what we wanted. We will be back despite the travel from the north side.

I was not super impressed with this service. The cut I had was good, as I have thick and curly hair. But the colouring was quite bad. I had a Balayage service and one half of my head turned out to be noticeable lighter than the other half due to the amount of time the bleach was left in. And staff did not seems to get along with each other at all.
