Since my first session at Core Health Coaching, I knew I was making the right decision. I have been attending weekly sessions with Mark since December of last year and have started group classes with Cameron. Both trainers provide so much support, knowledge and encouragement while tailoring their approach to suit my fitness level and insecurities. I never thought I could enjoy a training session, but every week I look forward to my visit to the studio. With Mark's help I have found that looking after my health can actually be fun. His advice on nutrition has really made me feel like a person again, rather than a zombie. Stress was a major hinderance for me in the past and this was something he addressed right away. Now my skin is clear, my mind is no longer a foggy mess and I've started to lose weight naturally. I don't remember ever feeling this good and I am so grateful!

Camerons personal training sessions have been invaluable to gaining strength, losing weight, feeling healthy and looking trim. I hadnt exercised for about 10 years before joining with Cameron and after the first day, I knew it wasnt going to be easy. Camerons brand of core strength work, positive attitude and motivation kept me going and his great sense of humour was just the spark I needed. There are no heavy dumbells or treadmills just good exercise and technique. Through Camerons unique style of exercise, Im seeing some great results.

Cameron is a great trainer, not only training you from a physical point of view but also looking at a more holistic approach. His knowledge base is exceptional and allows you to understand more about how to train and feel healthy. He also makes them enjoyable, and the 45 minutes session seems to go by pretty quickly. Cameron is the best trainer I have met. He has the ability to design training programmes to suit your level of fitness and work around any injuries you might be sporting. I have appreciated Cameron's holistic approach to training. He treats the "whole" person. listens and communicates well. Cameron provides a non threating non judgemental environment where you feel safe. He is able to teach you correct techniques, balances core work with aerobic activity, and makes each session interesting. Cameron is well read, very experienced, and a true definition of the term "health". I have appreciated his calm and gentle nature, his sense of humour, his challenges and outlook on life. Training with Cameron is a positive experience. I look forward to each and every session rain, hail or shine.
Cameron's approach to training is truly an inspiration. Not only are we instructed on physical exercise and proper technique but we are also provided with advice about health and nutrition.
