I had botox. Price quoted in room different to what was charged at front reception. When I queried it I received a wave of the hand and told it was a mistake and was made to pay the higher price. Staff seemed very disorganised and confused.

I recently saw Dr Alison Jamieson about some wrinkles that were bothering me. She explained my treatment options & what I can expect after treatment. Dr Jamieson was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as extremely patient while I asked all my questions !! Extremely happy with the results & the staff were always there to answer any post treatment questions I had. Will definitely be referring my friends here !

WOW what a fantastic place to have a little work done. I decided to have some botox injections and was over the moon with the results.

As i wanted to support a local business, i decided to have botox injections and filler at cozmedics in cotton tree. i was not happy with either treatment. I was promised 'A wonderful fresh new look, your going to look amazing, you wont have any bruising it will just be AMAZING!!!"!' When i went back to show them the photos of my face and to express my dissapointment i was given a scripted answer. i wont ever be going back . ive had cosmetic procedures done overseas and they were inexpensive, caring and true to their word. supporting local business is only for businesses that support their customers. oh.. and they over charged me for the botox and told me they'd take it off my next visit!! not likely!!!
