My cat Heffner was having urinary trouble. The first time we presented there we were given meds and sent home. 4 days later my poor boy was still peeing blood so i took him back to said animal hospital, the vet wanted to take a urine sample, i said fine do what u have to do. Ionly said that i needed to come back on wednesday to pay my bill and the vet told me to get my cat and go home! So i took him when i got paid to other vet clinic; turns out that Heffner has urinary crystals in which can be FATAL in cats!
I also has same experience.Very rude reception staff or whoever answering the call.Tone of voice is so un sympathetic , how could people like this let to work in health care industry . Today I rang up at 4 pm the person who answer the call told me straight away that my dog has a appointment with some problem that nothing would be done today, they already decided that they will give him some tablets and send him home and to come back other day.
The worst place we could've taken our pet dog when he got attacked!! We were told the bite was superficial and that an injection was enough. When we got home, our dog was shaking, and we had to take him to the animal hospital in Essendon instead where they said surgery was needed as he was in trauma. If you value your li'l ones, don't go to this place!
