Cramer's Hotel
1 Cramer St
Preston, VIC, 3072
This used to be one of my most frequented hotels, however it has since become one of my least favourites. I guess the reason that I kept on landing up here is because of the cheap beers, and also that it is a five minute (or less) walk from the railway station. Mind you, when ever we mention this place it is always with a sneer, indicating our distaste for it, and in fact whenever I went here with one friend, we seemed to attract some drunkard to our table. However, what I really don't like about this place is that the family restaurant is separated from the pokies room by a sign with a child on it saying 'stop', all the while the children can see the flashing lights and hear the sounds coming from beyond. Oh, it is not the quietest of pubs either, but at least they show the football matches that I want to watch, which is the other reason I seem to regularly land up here.
Un ethusiastic Hotel and lame Ambiance.
Wine and Food selections are terrible.
Noisy gaming area were you cannot watch tv properly.
Reasonable beer price but horrible menu.
One sided and lame menu staff get orders to give the products but they cannot adjust or do anything with the menu.
Will not go back.
I know mondays are slow for most pubs and bistros but the standard of the food at cramers was horrible. It seemed though that if you ordered a seniors meal it is delivered in minutes (probably because they reheat the meal in a microwave) and it seemed to be an inferior quality
hi there i was a cook cramer's hotel and yes you are right the meat is per cooked and the microwave .
