Cutmore's Appliance Repairs & Security

I was put in contact with Cutmore’s Appliance Repairs by Samsung, due to some issues with our refrigerator. Having had less than desirable encounters with appliance repair companies in the past, both in Stanthorpe and Brisbane, I was pleasantly surprised with Cutmore’s.

The owner/technician was helpful and friendly rather than dry and unfriendly and showed a real caring attitude in relation to our problem. Our F&P Fridge failed on a Friday making nonsensical alarm sounds and indications.
We rang around every Refrigeration Service provider in Warwick but to no avail. Finally, the next day, we decided to contact a couple of the local appliance retail stores, to see if they could recommend someone. On both occasions, Cutmore's Appliance Repairs were recommended.

Disorganised, had to borrow some of my tools, Highly inflated parts, stated 35% margin . $75.50 for travel fee to come 5kms from his shop. I found the hourly rate at $88.00 to be excessive.
