New owners are friendly and provided great customer service. The shop had a great range of bikes and accessories.

So I'm waiting out the front , opening hours 0830 to 5pm. It's 0845 no ones here! Not how to run a local business!!!!! Terrible

I have bought all of our family's bicycles in this shop. Today I was looking to buy another bike, as well as getting repairs on current one. The person was so rude and the attitude towards customers was appalling. Another customer also walked out. I will never return to this shop again. Totally dissappointed.

I have recently purchased four mountain bikes from this shop all over $500 and have to say up up until now have been happy with the service, but when i went to take our fourth bike in for it's first free check and was told to go away as you are two weeks over the cut off date and have to say i am disappointed in this kind of attitude. I won't be coming back for the twelve month free service on any of the bikes , i would sooner go somewhere else and pay for it than come back to your shop.

Over a year ago I purchased a groovy double suspension mountain bike for a little over $500 and am very pleased with it. Lately I have purchased baby seat and a baby helmet from the new owners and am delighted with their service as it was near closing time and I had ridden in on my bike to have baby seat fitted but found that the rear suspension on my bike wouldn't allow it and the owners put my bike on their car bike rack and took me home with the boxed seat and helmet and fitted it free of charge at my home on my beautiful wifes mountain bike. What a top effort I highly recommend them. Thankyou very much :-)
