D.C. Bin Hire

The guy was good for drop off and when I asked about pickup the guy said to call them. Nothing in their T&C about how long, etc. They then just came and picked it up after 4 days without any notice. I called the number to make sure it wasn't stolen and asked why I wasn't notified as I hadn't finished filling the bin. The guy just said they only have them out for 2 or 3 days so I asked why its not in their T&C or why not just spend a minute to call me to let me know. It actually says in their t&c that the filling and pick up is under direct control and orders of the customer - so they have broken their own T&C.The guy couldn't answer and just said have a good day and hung up.

Used these guys, the bin was left for over a week, they picked the bin up at 630 AM with out notice.then they broke one of the over head cables, obviously they could not see the cable because it was still dark. I rang to get them to fix it and they told me to get stuffed. Love the service

I came across these reviews after i hired a bin but have to say we did not have any problems whatsoever (infact quite the opposite!). The staff were helpful in letting me know what size bin we would need, it was delivered when they said it would and picked up before our sons birthday on the saturday. Would not hesitate to hire through them again!

This is certainly a bin hire service you don't want! As per other posts I also am very sorry I did not check the negative reviews about DC Bin Hire, when you are in a hurry for a service that is what can happen. Booked a large skip for a specific day and did not arrive, when checking as to reasons why it was greeted with a very rude and ignorant response together with assurances it would be there the following day at agreed window times. Again this did not happen, which became a very costly process. The way they handle a complaint is that they hang up on you before you get a chance to state your case. Businesses like this should not be operating!!

Beware!!!!! Very unreliable with bin drop off and pick up. I wish I had read the many negative reviews online before hiring a bin from this company. Many promises made but failed to deliver. Cost us a lot of time due to the bin being in the way after promising to pick it up and failing to do so. They then made no apologies. Again, VERY UNRELIABLE!
