I orderd a product ( pair of crutches) from davidjonespharmacy.( I really mistook it as being affliliated to famous David Jones, I was wrong). The supplier supplied a different brand and different style.
The supplier is forcing me to accept the product delivered and not the product ordered.
No pciking up calls and asking to leave message with no messages responded to.
I just called the store looking for a Lanset to go with a Ketosis Monitor on thier website because I couldn't find it. The lady on the phone advised me to search on Optium. I did but no Lanset came up. She just kept repeating that I needed to search for Optium. I asked her the price and maybe I could find it that way, as a few products did come up. She said she couldn't see the price. I said how do you kow it's on your website then. She again told me to search for Optium. I asked to speak to someon else and she said there was no one else. Lost sale for me.
It is the same plot they applied to me. I ordered and sent the PIC of what I ordered, I got is different product to what I ordered. They replied: I have attached below a picture of what was sent to you prior to despatch, and it certainly shows there were two crutches. It was never a question about two or one , it was not what I ordered. He makes up a question deliberately and makes you dwell on it( to distract from he real issue) rather than addressing the real issue= what is ordered is not what is sent. The guy is a real adult- bully man !
The service is the worst I've ever experienced. I paid just over 50 dollars for earplugs which never arrived. After many phone calls and emails I was told the order was lost and would be investigated by Toll and I would get a callback which as per usual did not happen. After making further calls and emails I was told the order must have been stolen from my door despite there being somebody st my home and having a locked mail box!!!! I was also told my good money which I paid in good faith for products that never arrived would not be refunded!!!! Outrageous.i called the owner to advise that state Consumer law prohibits companies from taking money from customers and not supplying the goods but he never bothered to call back I'm now filing with Consumer Affairs and the ACCC to get my money refunded. Do not buy online from this company they are atrocious and incompetent and unprofessional. Still seeking my refund 2 months later......
