David Jones

My weekly departmental store for shopping or window shopping. David jones boast a wide variety of fashion, electronics, household and children stuff. I love it when sales are in and especially when they offer price match for electronic goods too.

David jones has very friendly staff who are very attentive. Great range of clothing and sales.

It's smaller than most David Jones but it's a bright well laid out store. I always enter from the shoe section to check out the sales! If they don't have your size staff will always ring around to find it in another store for you!

I feel like no matter which David Jones you walk in to, the store is always going to be super clean. This store in particular was impeccable. The racks were organised tidily, the folded clothes on stands were all folded neatly. The customer service was also great. The staff members approached us regularly offering assistance and making small talk. Overall it was a great experience.

David Jones at Queen Plaza is one humble department store. Located in the shopping district of Brisbane CBD, the main entrance sports a very modern looking with slightly luxurious atmosphere coming and a high-end ambiance from the brightness of the store that is just on the right level and not over the top.

Each level seems to be projecting a different kind of feel, with the store feeling more spacious and calmer as you go up. There are just enough amount of staff to assist although it can sometimes require a little wait on some areas as most staffs are only knowledgeable on their own product range.

The first few levels of the department accessible from this small-sized shopping centre, with an additional floor only accessible from inside. It has an open-plan setup and the merchandise are being neatly presented, which make it a lot easier to spot the brands you are looking for.

There is of course the David Jones free Wi-Fi available as well.
